The Blanking Workshop processes stainless steel coils. Automated equipment stamps or laser-cuts them into blade blanks and handle shells as required. Parts are then straightened, flattened, heat-treated, and hardened for later production steps.
The Welding Workshop joins heat-treated blades to stainless steel handle parts. Operators position and load them, while semi-automated equipment performs welding, ensuring strong joints and accurate alignment for later grinding and polishing.
The Handle Finishing Workshop finishes knife handles. Automated equipment processes steel surfaces and contours. Skilled workers use belt grinders and n ylon polishing wheels for detail, ensuring consistent shape, appearance, feel, and quality.
The Blade Finishing Workshop grinds and treats blade surfaces. Robotic equipment performs key steps for hollow-ground satin or mirror finishes and taper grinding with laser light, ensuring consistent surface quality across production batches.
The Sharpening Workshop processes various kitchen knife edges, sharpening plain edges and creating serrations for bread and steak knives. Each edge is finished to ensure consistent sharpness, edge lines, tooth profiles, and cutting performance.
The Injection Workshop uses automated equipment to make plastic handles and components. PP, ABS, TPR, and other materials are molded as required, ensuring each handle meets standards for structure, dimensions, appearance, and grip performance.
The Assembly Workshop assembles and inspects. Blades, handles, and parts are assembled, cleaned, and dried by semi-automated equipment. Each knife is checked for appearance, structure, and assembly quality before packaging.
The Packaging Workshop handles product and carton packing. Semi-automated equipment and manual checks support individual packing, labeling, set packing, cartoning, and sealing to customer requirements, preparing goods for storage or shipment.
